The privately-owned Mitra residential complex is located in Farmaniyeh neighborhood with a concrete framework on 8 floors and building area of 8,000 square meters. The complex is composed of three basement floors (parking, installations, and gym together with swimming pool), lobby, and five floors on each of which there are four apartments ranging from 140 to 280 square meters. The project started in 2000 and it was inaugurated in 2004.
