The construction of Elahiyeh noble and luxurious residential building was started in 2017 and it will take by 2020 to accomplish. According to designs, 5,500 square meters of area building will be provided on 11 floors supported by a steel framework. This high-end complex benefits from a full range of facilities and recreational amenities such as snooker hall, exclusive carwash, café, conference hall, gym, swimming pool, Turkish bath, and sauna all of which comply with the latest international standards.
